For over five decades, acclaimed photographer Al Rendón has been documenting the culture of south-central Texas. Mi Cultura: Bringing Shadow into Light captures a wide array of commercial and art photography, including his famed portrait work, charreadas, concerts, immigrant food culture, the 2022 school shooting in Uvalde, and the effects COVID-19 had on already challenged communities.
